Thank you for taking the time to learn about All Seasons Urethane Foam LLP and the CORBOND® Climate Isolation System™.
All Seasons Urethane Foam LLP is a partnership comprised of two independent general contractors; Joe Foss and Johnathan Matthew. Together, we have over twenty years of building experience in cold weather climates. For as many years, we have been frustrated with conventional insulation materials, especially fiberglass. It has been our experience that no matter how carefully the insulation is installed, even when paying extremely close attention to the installation of the vapor barrier, finished buildings seem to be unnecessarily expensive to heat in the coldest parts of the winter. Our concerns also extend to the environment, and the emissions from the vast amounts of fuel consumed during the long Northeastern heating season. Recent media attention has also alerted us to serious air quality issues that have arisen throughout the country as a direct result of the moisture problems inherent with many conventional insulations.
As builders, it was inevitable that we become aware of the benefits of sprayed in place polyurethane foam insulation. With its moisture impermeability, along with its exceptional R-value there was no question in our minds that this was the best insulation available for the climate that we are building in. The only apparent drawback to urethane was its higher price. Once we had hired a contractor to spray our first roof renovation job, we had decided that urethane foam was definitely a superior product and indeed worth the extra cost. Soon afterwards, we took steps to become CORBOND® dealers ourselves.
What you will find in the following pages is information explaining why we think that the CORBOND® Climate Isolation System™ is the finest insulation system available on the market today. Sprayed in place urethane foam insulation can save the builder, and consequently the owner, money throughout the entire building project when CORBOND® is specified in the planning stages of a project. It is our hope that through better fuel efficiency and dramatically increased building longevity All Seasons Urethane Foam can play a role in decreasing the environmental impact of the building industry. It is also our hope that through the sales of our product we can improve the air quality in our buildings to make a safer environment for all future occupants.
